Development plans
According to Section 8 (1) BauGB, the development plan contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban development order. The municipality determines how this area should be developed for a specific area of the municipality. According to Section 8 (2) BauGB, development plans must be developed from the land use plan. If the development plan does not correspond to the land use plan, the land use plan must be adapted in a parallel procedure or retrospectively.
The following development plans are intended to provide initial information and do not claim to be correct or complete. Above all, these documents make no legally binding statement on the permissibility of any building projects and uses. As only the development plan on display in the Winnweiler municipal administration has binding effect, it is recommended that the building department of the Winnweiler municipal administration be consulted (e.g. in the form of a preliminary building inquiry) in the event of any specific building measures or uses being planned.
