Summer Vacation Care for the 2026 Summer Break

Once again this year, the municipal association’s summer program was a resounding success. During the first three weeks of summer vacation, a total of 107 elementary school children from our municipal association took part in the varied summer program.

The children were treated to a colorful array of games, fun, and creative activities. In addition to numerous arts-and-crafts and game activities, the visit to the Peperoni Circus and the exciting field trips were the main highlights that put big smiles on their faces. The program included, among other things, visits to the Winnweiler Tennis Club, the Winnweiler Fire Department, the museums in Winnweiler, as well as the Neumühle and the forest. During these outings, the children were not only able to discover and try new things, but also share many wonderful experiences together.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our dedicated caregivers, Mr. Förster Gass, Neumühle, the staff of the local and regional municipalities, and all our volunteer supporters—especially the participating clubs, whose dedication and diverse activities played a key role in making the summer camp a success. Without this dedication, many of the special program activities would not have been possible.

To ensure that our vacation programs remain just as varied in the future, we welcome additional individuals and organizations who would like to contribute their ideas.

Whether you’re planning a single day, several days, or even an entire week of vacation activities, any help is welcome. The program can take place directly at your club or at a location we provide. The municipal association will handle all organizational matters related to registration and billing, as well as meals if needed. You contribute your ideas, and we’ll take care of the organizational framework.
