In 2022, the municipality of Winnweiler commissioned a site analysis on the suitability of areas for the construction of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems.

The results of the study form the basis for further planning implementation in the local communities. The local communities decide independently which areas are to be included in the land use plan. No direct claims can be derived from the results of the analysis.
