It was a complete success and will be remembered by the participants for a long time to come. More than 700 enthusiastic athletes and hiking enthusiasts took to the starting line to tackle the challenging 21 or 42-kilometer routes on foot or on foot.
The dry and cool weather provided ideal conditions that motivated both ambitious runners and leisure hikers alike. The varied routes through the countryside offered a special experience, which was praised by many participants afterwards. The consistently positive feedback clearly showed that the event struck a chord with the participants - the organization, route and atmosphere were described as excellent.
Special thanks go to all the helpers who contributed to the success of the event with their great commitment. The supporters of the PWV Winnweiler and Otterberg as well as the Drehenthalerhof hiking friends deserve special mention. Special thanks go to Jürgen Wachowski for his tireless efforts.
The active support of the local communities of Höringen and Mehlingen/Baalborn also deserves great recognition. Without this joint commitment, an event of this quality would not have been possible.
The 10th Hinkelstein Hiking Marathon once again showed how much community, enthusiasm and passion there is in this event - an all-round successful experience for everyone involved.
