Since the start of the paper garbage can exchange campaign in the Donnersberg district, the district's waste management company has exchanged almost 17,000 garbage cans via its service provider. Where the garbage can exchange has not worked, it is now being reworked: The 120-liter paper garbage cans that have not yet been exchanged will be replaced by the service provider with 240-liter paper garbage cans with immediate effect. Waste Management is asking all affected citizens to put their 120-liter garbage cans out on the street. The garbage cans will then be replaced with 240-liter garbage cans over the next few days.
Over-delivered 240-liter garbage cans can also be collected in this context. Citizens should also place these at the roadside.
