If you would like to vote by postal ballot, you will need a polling card. You can obtain this from the municipal administration of your main place of residence
- personally or
- in writing (by post, fax or e-mail) or
- via the OLIWA online portal.

The following information is required:
- Family name,
- First names,
- Date of birth and
- Residential address (street, house number, postal code, city).
Anyone submitting the application on behalf of another person must present a written power of attorney. Please use the power of attorney on the back of the election notification. In this case, an application is therefore only possible in person or in writing (not electronically!).
