Together with the municipalities of Rüdesheim/Nahe and Langenlonsheim-Stromberg, the municipality of Winnweiler is currently issuing a Europe-wide invitation to tender for the procurement of 13 identical TSF-W vehicles. The three municipalities hope that the tender for this small series will result in significantly more favorable offers than if each had tendered for different variants of the standardized vehicle.
VG Winnweiler will receive seven vehicles, VG Rüdesheim four and VG Langenlonsheim-Stromberg two. The vehicles from VG Winnweiler are intended for the local fire brigades of Börrstadt, Breunigweiler, Gonbach, Höringen, Lohnsfeld, Schweisweiler and Wartenberg-Rohrbach. They will replace vehicles that are between 26 and 34 years old when they are delivered in 2027.
