Length: approx. 50 km, elevation gain: approx. 309 m uphill, 486 m downhill
Route: Enkenbach-Alsenborn - Münchweiler - Winnweiler - Schweisweiler - Rockenhausen - Alsenz - Bad Münster am Stein
Road conditions: mainly asphalt paths, short sections on cycle paths along roads, 1.5 km with a very narrow path on the B48 between Schweisweiler and Imsweiler
Characteristics: Cycle route with a number of bends, corners and loops in open countryside and through many villages
Requirements: medium, some gradients unsuitable for smaller children
Railway connection: Alsenztalbahn Bingen-Kaiserslautern with eight stops, including in Münchweiler and Winnweiler

Guided MTB tours - discover trails, technology & nature
Mountain bikers can look forward to a wide range of guided tours through the Donnersberger Land region. All mountain bike tours are accompanied by experienced tour guides. From the more leisurely after-work and family tours to the very demanding tours in terms of fitness and riding technique, they vary in length, difficulty and speed.
MTB trails - focus on heart and nature
Since its foundation on 14 January 2023, the mountain bike enthusiasts of MTB Donnersberger Land e.V. have been passionately committed to creating official, flowing trails in the Donnersberger Land region - sustainably, close to nature and together with the environment.
Bikers are already conquering the popular "Lange Stein" trail in Sippersfeld - with jumps, berms and bumps that are easy to roll over - ideal for beginners and trail fans alike. But this is just the beginning: further trails are already being planned and built around Sippersfeld - with the aim of creating a diverse network of trails to create a completely legal circular tour.
