10,492 people were eligible to vote in the mayoral election for the municipality of Winnweiler on June 25, 2023. Of these, 4,988 voters took part in the election, which corresponds to a voter turnout of 47.54 %.
Of the votes cast, 4,893 were valid, 95 votes were counted as invalid. With 3,224 votes (65.89%), the candidate Rudolf Jacob (CDU/FWG) received more than half of the valid votes and was thus elected mayor of the municipality of Winnweiler.
