The view from the Kupferberghütte near Imsbach into the Northern Palatinate is a must-see. And when a cool wine spritzer and a light snack top it all off, that’s the Palatinate way of life at its best. Passing the “Dicke Eiche” (Big Oak), the hike follows trails through the Katharinental valley. After the “Elsenbrünnchen,” we tackle the climb up the Kupferberg, where we’re rewarded with a (nearly) boundless view of our beautiful homeland.
