Golfclub am Donnersberg
Many things are unique in the Donnersberg district, including the golf club with its 18-hole golf course built by Donald Harradine.
Situated on the southern slope of the Donnersberg in Röderhof near Börrstadt, you have a sweeping view of the countryside as far as the Rhine plain. The course is open all year round and is easily and conveniently accessible via the A63 highway (Mainz-Kaiserslautern).
750 members of all ages at the Golfclub am Donnersberg can't be wrong when they talk about the fascination of golf. In addition to the so-called recreational golfers, those with sporting ambitions can get involved in several ladies' and men's teams and compete in various leagues with other clubs in Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland. Regular "bring-a-friend" tournaments, free taster courses and weekly training sessions as well as vacation camps for children and young people round off the attractive offer.
